About

We're a growing community on a mission to make dadding a team sport.

Our dad teams meet weekly in communities, workplaces and sporting organisations.

Workouts - fun and inclusive, suitable for all fitness levels.

Dad chats - swap stories, cut through the small talk, and get to what's really going on for dads.

Dad challenges - dads supporting dads to put new ideas into practice.

What dads love

"Dadfit has been one of the best experiences of my life"

Chris, dad of two

"Adding small steps each week to being a better dad"

Uddika, dad of one

"Hearing other dads are going through the same struggles, I feel less isolated"

Anton, dad of one

"Feels like I’m improving my life, and my family’s, a little every week"

Tim, dad of two

Why we do it

Being a dad is awesome, but it's also hard work.

It's so much better when you have a team of dads to share the ups and downs with.

We want every dad to be supported to be at their best.

Because when dads thrive, entire families and communities benefit.

About Ryan, Founder of Dadfit

I'm a Melbourne dad of three.

I used to be a pro cricket player, but these days I know more about daily pitch conditions at the local playground than the MCG.

I’m also a coach, facilitator and strategy consultant (more on that here).

I love being a dad, though it sometimes feels like I'm working it out on my own.

That's why I'm excited about Dadfit. If you are too, join the team and help us build an awesome community of dads.
